Mary Joy Olmstead is the Founder & Director of YBO IT Solutions, where she leads operations, delivery management, and strategic digital initiatives for enterprise and institutional clients worldwide. Having built the company from the ground up, she runs it end to end and supervises structured service teams focused on performance, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement.
Her background in operational management, quality assurance, and process optimization underpins a results-driven approach to technology delivery — and increasingly to her work as an AI & Software Facilitator, championing practical, hands-on adoption that builds real internal capability.
Career Foundations
Before specializing in AI capability activation, Mary spent years in facilitation and Quality Analyst roles—designing training programs, improving workflow standards, and ensuring service consistency across teams. This foundation in quality control and operational systems became the backbone of her structured, results-driven approach to technology implementation.
